Responsibilities and more:

Job Description Summary:

- Scale Nearshoring is seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Administrator for a 12-month extendable remote contract.
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining,



and supporting SharePoint Online and On-Premise environments within an enterprise infrastructure.
- You will work closely with U.S.-based teams to ensure platform performance, security compliance, and seamless Microsoft 365 collaboration.
- Advanced English is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online and On-Premise environments (farms, site collections, permissions).
- Manage user access, authentication, and security using Azure AD / Entra ID.
- Automate administrative tasks and operations using PowerShell scripting.
- Implement and enforce governance policies, retention policies, and compliance standards.
- Perform SharePoint upgrades and patching and execute migration projects from legacy platforms.
- Troubleshoot SharePoint-related issues and support Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform).
