You'll drive critical disaster recovery by accurately estimating complex insurance restoration projects.

Compensation:

USD 1.8K - 2K/month

Location:

Remote (for residents of Mexico, Colombia, Guatemala, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, and Brazil)

What makes you a strong candidate:

- You are proficient in Xactimate, Insurance claims management.
- English —Fully fluent

Responsibilities and more:

We are currently looking for an experienced Xactimate Estimator to join a U.S.-based disaster restoration company supporting insurance restoration projects across the country.





If you have strong experience creating detailed estimates for water, fire, mold, or reconstruction claims, this could be a great fit for you.

Details:

Fully Remote.

Full-Time.

Independent Contractor Agreement.

Responsibilities:

- Preparing accurate estimates in Xactimate.
- Reviewing scopes, photos, and restoration documentation.
- Supporting insurance claim processes.
- Collaborating closely with internal restoration teams.
- Ensuring estimates are complete, organized, and aligned with carrier requirements.

Qualifications:

- Has hands-on Xactimate experience.
- Understands restoration and insurance workflows.
- Is detail-oriented and organized.
- Can work independently in a remote environment.
- Communicates clearly in English.

Experience with water, fire, mitigation, reconstruction, or supplements is highly valued.
