At HR Path, we are looking for a Workday Integration Consultant to join our Operations team and support implementation and client projects across LATAM.
This is a 100% remote role, ideally based in Mexico, with occasional travel if required.
What you’ll do
- Provide Workday consulting and implementation services
- Support configuration, optimization, and integrations of Workday modules
- Provide support services to end users
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams across different levels
- Manage support requests through Jira or similar ticketing systems
- Participate in implementation projects and methodologies
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience as a Workday Integration Consultant
- Workday Integrations Certification (required)
- Knowledge of integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, and Advanced Reporting
- Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems (desirable)
- Full-time availability, office hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) with flexibility
- Experience working with LATAM operations
- Experience with implementation methodologies and client interactions at all levels
- Proficient in Windows
