We are seeking a Client Finance Coordinator to join our growing finance team. This role is crucial to ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition, forecasting, invoicing, collection, and account reconciliation in alignment with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for all aspects of client revenue management, including revenue recognition, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Review sales orders for accuracy and reasonableness. Confirm Sales Order agrees to Client SOW/Contract documentation.
- Generate, review, and send client invoices accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Support month‑end closing processes by the timely recording of revenue and providing forecast to actual variance analysis by the adhered deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Account Management, Media and Finance, to ensure the accurate revenue forecast for assigned clients.
- Assist with audits and provide requested documentation regarding client‑related financial transactions.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,



or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 4 to 6 years of experience in revenue recognition, sales order management, and accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
- Strong attention to detail and high‑level organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
- Knowledge of agency billing practices and media/marketing industry experience is a plus.
