Manufacturing Supervisor IV – Juárez, MX

nPurposen

Provide direct support to manufacturing production lines, ensuring adherence to specifications, quality, and compliance while optimizing resource utilization.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead daily manufacturing operations, meeting safety, quality, and performance metrics.
n
- Apply technical expertise to special projects, pilot operations, and process improvements.
n
- Supervise production associates, collaborating with support functions to achieve business unit goals.
n
- Maintain compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety policies and support safety initiatives.
n
- Drive Lean Manufacturing efforts: line balancing, continuous flow, inventory reduction, housekeeping.
n
- Execute data entry on systems such as JDE and Kronos.
n
- Support process transfers and product introductions.
n
- Identify and resolve labor issues with Human Resources.
n
- Develop and maintain a Credo‑based culture and mentor associates.
n
- Lead improvement projects, including CPT, CAPA, audit actions, and cost improvement initiatives.
n
- Document and train associates on change actions and regulatory requirements.
n

Qualifications

nn
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering or a technical field.
n
- More than six years as a production supervisor; five years in the medical industry preferred.
n
- Knowledge of Quality System requirements and basic Lean, QC, and PC practices.
n
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the JDE system.
n
- Strong leadership, team‑working, communication, and customer‑focused decision skills.
n
- Basic understanding of EHS regulations and Mexican labor regulations.
n
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Process Engineer II – Juárez, MX

nPurposen

Provide process engineering expertise to stabilize and lifecycle manage projects, delivering continuous improvement in cost, quality, efficiency, and schedule.

n

Responsibilities

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures across all work activities.
n
- Complete all required trainings within specified periods.
n
- Promote and enforce safety policies in the workplace.
n
- Lead projects focusing on variation reduction from process and product design.
n
- Maintain updated work plans for design changes, process changes, and cost improvement projects.
n
- Identify, coordinate, and execute cost‑improvement initiatives.
n
- Direct technical projects within the manufacturing site or with suppliers.
n
- Support approval and validation of process changes and improvements.
n
- Assist in resolving quality issues with components.
n

Qualifications

nn
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial) or related field.
n
- 2–4 years of experience in product development or manufacturing environments.
n
- Experience in the medical product industry preferred.
n
- Intermediate English proficiency; excellent communication skills.
n




- Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
n
- Certifications such as CQA, CQE, CQM, CBA, MBB, or BB beneficial.
n

Quality Engineer Staff – Ciudad Juárez, MX

nPurposen

Plan and adapt new methods or procedures, coordinate technical projects, and apply quality engineering principles across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

- Use quality engineering tools for transfer, maintenance, and improvement of products/processes.
n
- Support quality improvement initiatives and benchmark best practices.
n
- Analyze product and process compliance with QSRs, ISO 13485, and other regulations.
n
- Conduct internal and external audits, review corrective actions, and implement CAPAs.
n
- Assist in new product introductions, transfer, and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
n
- Develop and maintain control plans, measurement systems, and process monitoring tools.
n
- Provide coaching and mentoring to lower hierarchy personnel.
n
- Act as liaison for quality issues and escalation processes.
n

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
n
- Experience in quality engineering within the medical device sector.
n
- Knowledge of risk management and CAPA processes.
n
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
n
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative work style.
