Manufacturing Supervisor IV – Juárez, MX

Purpose

Provide direct support to manufacturing production lines, ensuring adherence to specifications, quality, and compliance while optimizing resource utilization.

Responsibilities

- Lead daily manufacturing operations, meeting safety, quality, and performance metrics.
- Apply technical expertise to special projects, pilot operations, and process improvements.
- Supervise production associates, collaborating with support functions to achieve business unit goals.
- Maintain compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety policies and support safety initiatives.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing efforts: line balancing, continuous flow, inventory reduction, housekeeping.
- Execute data entry on systems such as JDE and Kronos.
- Support process transfers and product introductions.
- Identify and resolve labor issues with Human Resources.
- Develop and maintain a Credo‑based culture and mentor associates.
- Lead improvement projects, including CPT, CAPA, audit actions, and cost improvement initiatives.
- Document and train associates on change actions and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering or a technical field.
- More than six years as a production supervisor; five years in the medical industry preferred.
- Knowledge of Quality System requirements and basic Lean, QC, and PC practices.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the JDE system.
- Strong leadership, team‑working, communication, and customer‑focused decision skills.
- Basic understanding of EHS regulations and Mexican labor regulations.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Process Engineer II – Juárez, MX

Purpose

Provide process engineering expertise to stabilize and lifecycle manage projects, delivering continuous improvement in cost, quality, efficiency, and schedule.

Responsibilities

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures across all work activities.
- Complete all required trainings within specified periods.




- Promote and enforce safety policies in the workplace.
- Lead projects focusing on variation reduction from process and product design.
- Maintain updated work plans for design changes, process changes, and cost improvement projects.
- Identify, coordinate, and execute cost‑improvement initiatives.
- Direct technical projects within the manufacturing site or with suppliers.
- Support approval and validation of process changes and improvements.
- Assist in resolving quality issues with components.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial) or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in product development or manufacturing environments.
- Experience in the medical product industry preferred.
- Intermediate English proficiency; excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
- Certifications such as CQA, CQE, CQM, CBA, MBB, or BB beneficial.

Quality Engineer Staff – Ciudad Juárez, MX

Purpose

Plan and adapt new methods or procedures, coordinate technical projects, and apply quality engineering principles across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

- Use quality engineering tools for transfer, maintenance, and improvement of products/processes.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and benchmark best practices.
- Analyze product and process compliance with QSRs, ISO 13485, and other regulations.
- Conduct internal and external audits, review corrective actions, and implement CAPAs.
- Assist in new product introductions, transfer, and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Develop and maintain control plans, measurement systems, and process monitoring tools.




- Provide coaching and mentoring to lower hierarchy personnel.
- Act as liaison for quality issues and escalation processes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience in quality engineering within the medical device sector.
- Knowledge of risk management and CAPA processes.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative work style.

Senior Operations Technician – Otherwise Shifts – Ciudad Juárez, MX

Purpose

Support manufacturing equipment setups, maintenance activities, and safety initiatives within a high‑compliance environment.

Responsibilities

- Document equipment setups and support timely repair activities.
- Perform emergent and corrective maintenance per approved procedures.
- Participate in new production line transfers and provide technical support.
- Follow safety policies and environmental management system responsibilities.
- Maintain CMMS MAXIMO for maintenance planning and execution.
- Assist in troubleshooting work order processes and system changes.
- Communicate operational issues and opportunities up the management chain.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

- Technical background in mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, electronic, metrology, or instrumentation.
- 5–10 years of related experience or advanced training.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and computer maintenance packages.
- Extensive knowledge of CMMS (eCMMS or MAXIMO) and campus systems.
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred.
- Understanding of campus environmental, health, and safety procedures.
