Job Description
As our first Senior Product Marketing Designer, this role sits at the intersection of growth, product, and brand. You'll design conversion-focused experiences across the full funnel: landing pages, email flows, upgrade experiences, in-app promotional banners, social assets, and retention touchpoints that drive user engagement and conversion.
You'll ensure everything looks great while driving measurable outcomes: sign-ups, conversions, engagement, retention. As the brand steward, you'll maintain visual consistency and quality across all surfaces while working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering to design, test, and iterate on experiences that move the business forward.
We're a small, fast-moving team. You'll have real ownership, creative autonomy, and direct impact on revenue. If you're energized by A/B testing landing page variants, optimizing user flows, and seeing your designs drive real growth across multiple channels, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design responsive marketing websites including landing pages, blogs, and campaign-specific layouts optimized for conversion
- Create email marketing templates and campaign assets that drive engagement and click-through
- Build social media template systems for organic and paid channels across platforms
- Design in-app banners, upgrade prompts, feature announcements, and CTA modals
- Develop and maintain cohesive visual brand systems and style guides across all digital surfaces
- Create marketing banners, promo assets, and seasonal campaign materials
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to execute projects from concept to delivery with attention to detail and brand consistency
- Build reusable component libraries and template systems that empower the marketing team
- Execute projects from concept to delivery — independently, reliably and with attention to detail.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of marketing design in consumer mobile apps and growth focusedmarketing environments
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with demonstrated experience in Figma
- Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and composition
- Experience designing email marketing templates and familiarity with HTML email design or email builders like Braze, or similar platforms
- Experience creating template systems that non-designers can use effectively
- Experience with A/B testing, landing pages, email funnels and/or monetization features
- Ability to present design decisions clearly and articulate how your work improves engagement and conversion
Nice to Have
- Experience with subscription-based products or membership platforms
- Knowledge of lifecycle marketing platforms like Braze, Klaviyo, Appcues, or Userpilot
- Background in product-led growth strategies and optimization
- Experience designing web products that drive conversion and engagement
- Understanding of user psychology and behavioral design principles
- Experience designing UI for real products (not just brand marketing).
- Background in a/b testing and funnel optimization.
- Experience with designing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Previous startup or small team experience where you worked closely with growth or marketing teams
- Passion for travel and exploration

Portfolio Requirement: Mobile app UI including in-app messaging, feature announcements, or promotional surfaces. Marketing campaign work: email templates, landing pages, social media assets. Design systems or template libraries you've built. Brand consistency across multiple touch points.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700,000.00 - $1,300,000.00 per month
