The returns associate will be in charge of collaborative work with Sales, Customer Support & Materials to ensure the correct process of RMAs, support the customer with return issues and ensure the product is returned/delivered as proper.

**What will you be doing**:

- Responsible for facilitating the product return and replacement process
- Provide support to the department, RMA Production Control and Vendor Returns through RMA research, administrative tasks, and process improvements
- Respond to and process RMA requests, including issuing credit to customers
- Investigate customer RMA requests through WMS transaction history, Unity/CORS/DMS order history, inventory adjustments, special handling requirements,



quality alerts, review of QOIs, datasheets and other documentations
- Interface with multiple warehouses, sales, asset, and suppliers for issue resolution
- Document all return transactions accurately in the system

**What do you need to have?**
- Relevant system experience with Oracle
- 2 years of relevant experience related
- Knowledge of MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook
- Effective communication skills across multiple departments (warehouse, sales, asset, customers)
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience performing detail-oriented tasks
- Troubleshooting skills, adaptability, competent multitasker
- Flexible with schedule
- An excellent attendance record
