TheRole

Fulcrum Digitalis looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join one of our top clientengagements, a global leader in payments technology. Based in Mexico City on ahybrid basis, you will lead large, highly complex new product development programsfrom planning through delivery, working in an Agile environment alongsideengineering, architecture, and product teams.

This is asenior, highly visible role. You will present to VP and SVP-level leaders,influence design and technical decisions, and bring stakeholders from acrossthe organization together around a shared vision and clear decisions.

WhatYou'll Do





• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large, high-complexityprograms, owning planning, scope, and timelines from initiation through launch.

• Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and change acrossmultiple workstreams and teams, keeping programs on track and escalating earlywhen needed.

• Drive new product development programs within an Agiledelivery environment, working closely with engineering, architecture, andproduct teams.

• Engage with technical teams on solution design,influencing architecture and technical decisions that support program outcomes.

• Present program status, risks, and recommendations toVP and SVP-level stakeholders, and drive timely decisions.

• Align stakeholders from different parts of theorganization around a common vision, set of priorities, and plan.

• Apply your payments domain knowledge to anticipatechallenges and shape the delivery approach.

Requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science.

• Proven experience delivering large, high-complexityprograms, including planning, scope, timeline, issue, risk, dependency, andchange management.

• Technical background as a senior software developer,senior architect, or senior technical program manager.

• Experience leading new product development programs inan Agile environment.

• Strong executive presence, with the ability to presentto VP and SVP-level audiences, engage people, and drive decisions.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills,including the ability to influence design and technical decisions and bringstakeholders from different parts of the organization to a common vision.

• Knowledge of and experience in the payments space.
