The Vision
We are building a long-term equestrian institution in Monterrey, Mexico, founded on a singular principle: The Horse First. Our mission is to develop a competitive yet deeply humane and ethical program. We believe that exceptional riders are formed through rigorous flatwork, profound horsemanship, and moral leadership.
At our club, competitive success is viewed as a natural consequence of excellence—never the sole objective.

Key Responsibilities

Program Design: Architect and implement progressive rider development pathways with a focus on flatwork, balance, rhythm, and "feel."

Operational Oversight: Full management of the school horse roster and the amateur training curriculum.

Competition Management: Prepare and coach riders for local, national, and international (FEI) competition.

Welfare & Safety: Enforce the highest integral standards of horse welfare and rider safety.

Leadership: Act as a cultural and moral compass for riders and families, maintaining professional and transparent communication.

Synergy: Collaborate closely with the stable manager, grooms, veterinarians, and farriers.

Proven Track Record:A strong competitive background in Show Jumping (ideally at FEI CSI3* level; 1.45m).

Pedagogical Expertise: Experience training children and amateur riders with a patient, structured, and classical approach.

Horsemanship: Deep commitment to ethical training methods and the physical/mental well-being of the horse.

Communication: Fluency in English and/or Spanish.

Character:A professional who leads by example, valuing integrity and discipline over shortcuts.
On-site High-quality Housing provided.

Performance Bonuses tied to program growth and horse welfare outcomes.
