We are looking for a Especialista Predictivo de Datos to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers. This role is idóneo for a (analytical, proactive, collaborative) individual who understands how to develop simple automation solutions that reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency; analyze and measure KPIs related to implementations and the expected impact of process changes; leverage expertise in Pricing & Revenue Management; identify repetitive tasks suitable for automation; develop basic scripts and automations using RPA, Python, macros, or other programming tools; document developed solutions; provide basic support to P&RM; users in the use of in-house and external tools; collaborate with business teams to understand needs and identify improvement opportunities; and create scalable, recurring processes that operate within a technology ecosystem. Educational

requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, or Economics.

Experience:
• Experience in Pricing & Revenue Management within the airline industry.
• Experience with programming using Python, VBA, or another programming language.




• Experience developing simple automation solutions to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Experience analyzing and measuring KPIs related to implementations and the expected impact of process changes.
• Experience handling data in Excel and documenting developed solutions.
• Experience providing basic support to business users and collaborating with teams to identify process improvement opportunities. Skills to succeed:
• Desirable knowledge of RPA tools such as Power Automate or UiPath.
