b Xperts is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and support industrial projects in Mexico and across Latin America. This hands-on role involves coordinating on-site activities, technical teams, customers, and contractors throughout equipment installation, commissioning, start-up, and production-line improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee on-site project progress and ensure activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Support the execution of equipment installation, commissioning, start-up, and production-line improvement projects.
- Coordinate project activities between customers, technicians, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to help ensure on-time completion.
- Assist with planning manpower, materials, travel logistics, and technical resources.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, GMP requirements, and customer standards.
- Provide regular project updates and maintain clear project documentation.

Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project engineering, field service, manufacturing, automation,



or industrial operations.
- Experience in the food and beverage, packaging, bottling, dairy, or consumer goods industries.
- Good knowledge of industrial equipment installation, commissioning, start-up, and maintenance practices.
- Strong coordination, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, contractors, and multicultural project teams.
- Advanced English proficienc

- Valid passport and ability to meet customer-site access and safety requirements.
- Professional, customer-focused approach and strong teamwork skills.
- Experience using MS Project and is an advantage.
- PMP certification is a plus.
