Description

1. Lead and mentor a DevOps engineering team, driving technical excellence and career development across the workstream. 2. Own infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipeline design, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across production environments. 3. Define and implement DevOps best practices, standards, and tooling strategies aligned with organizational technology roadmap. 4. Partner with development and operations teams to troubleshoot critical production incidents and drive root-cause resolution. 5. Architect cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP, optimizing cost, performance, and disaster recovery capabilities. 6. Drive adoption of containerization, orchestration, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices across engineering teams and projects. 7. Manage DevOps budget allocation, vendor relationships, and tool licensing to optimize operational efficiency and ROI. Qualifications
