The Collections Analyst is responsible for managing a large portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables, and achieving past-due and cash collection targets. This role works closely with internal partners and customers to resolve issues, improve processes, and support overall receivables performance. + Maintain regular and proactive communication with customers regarding past-due invoices, payment behavior, dispute resolution, and any issues related to overdue receivables. + Partner with cross-functional teams across multiple business sites to resolve customer disputes, provide supporting documentation (invoice copies, proof of delivery, etc.), and address contract or purchase order discrepancies. + Prepare monthly cash receipt forecasts and perform ad‑hoc analyses to support business decisions. + Deliver high-quality customer service to both internal teams and external clients while promoting positive business relationships. + Support and participate in the continuous development of credit and collections competencies to meet evolving business needs.



**YOU MUST HAVE** + Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. + Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit, collections, cash application, or accounting. + English proficiency at 85% or higher (spoken and written). + Strong computer skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications. + Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is highly preferred **We Value** + Solid understanding of accounting principles, credit and collections practices, and credit risk assessment. + Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a high level of attention to detail. + Motivated, goal‑oriented self‑starter capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally, tactfully, and ethically with internal and external stakeholders. + Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
