At ConMet, we're looking for an OT Engineer to help drive Industry 4.0 initiatives by connecting manufacturing operations with enterprise systems and enabling data-driven decision-making across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and support OT systems, including industrial hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Integrate manufacturing applications with enterprise platforms such as MES, ERP, MRP, EAM, and PLM systems.
- Deploy and support SCADA/MES solutions, with a focus on operational reliability and data accuracy.
- Troubleshoot shop floor systems, connectivity, and production data issues.
- Develop reporting, analytics, and data visualization solutions.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and IT teams to deliver technology solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
- Support automation, connectivity, and digitalization projects that enable Smart Manufacturing.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related STEM field (Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial Computer Systems, or similar).
- Fluent English (B2/C1). The interview process will include an English assessment.
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing environments with SCADA/MES systems (AVEVA preferred).
- Experience with PLC/HMI programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE Fanuc).




- Knowledge of SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or similar visualization tools.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Knowledge of industrial networks and OT infrastructure.
