What You’ll Do / 岗位职责

As a Project Engineer based in Mexico, you will be the critical technical link between our cutting-edge robotics and the client’s operational reality. You won’t just be fixing machines; you will be deploying the future of logistics.

- On-Site Execution: Lead the installation, commissioning, and final handover of our AMR systems at client sites across Mexico.
- Troubleshooting & Resolution: Diagnose hardware/software issues on the spot. You will document these challenges and work closely with our R&D; and Product teams to drive permanent fixes.
- Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the client. Maintain clear communication regarding project progress, site conditions, and potential risks. Coordinate with Project Managers, R&D;, and Production teams to ensure seamless project delivery.




- Continuous Improvement: Collect and organize field data, implementation logs, and client feedback. Your insights will directly contribute to the optimization of our products and deployment processes.

- 现场交付与实施： 主导快仓AMR系统在墨西哥客户现场的安装、调试及最终交付工作。
- 故障排查与解决： 快速诊断并处理现场出现的软硬件问题。记录问题清单，并与研发、产品团队紧密协作，推动问题的根本解决。
- 客户与跨部门协同： 作为客户现场的主要技术接口，保持良好的沟通，及时反馈项目进度、现场状况及潜在风险。协同项目经理、研发及生产团队，保障项目按计划顺利落地。
- 持续优化： 收集并整理实施记录、现场数据及客户反馈。你的洞察将直接助力产品与部署流程的持续迭代。

What We’re Looking For / 任职要求

- Work Authorization:



Must hold a valid Mexican visa or residency status permitting long-term on-site work. (This is a mandatory requirement).
- Language: Fluent English (spoken and written) is required. Spanish at a professional working proficiency is essential for daily client interaction and site coordination.
- Experience: Hands-on experience in the commissioning, debugging, or maintenance of automated equipment, machinery, or intelligent systems (AGV/AMR experience is a strong plus).
- Technical Foundation: Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and hardware/software integration. Familiarity with Linux and SQL is highly preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a bonus.
- Soft Skills: Strong execution ability, patience, and resilience under pressure. Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.

- 身份要求： 持有墨西哥当地有效签证或居留身份，能够接受长期驻场工作（此为硬性要求）。
- 语言能力： 英语口语流利，可作为工作语言；西班牙语需达到商务工作水平，以满足日常客户沟通与现场协调需求。
- 经验背景： 具备自动化设备、机械设备或智能装备的现场调试、维护经验。有AGV或机器人项目经验者优先考虑。
- 技术基础： 具备基础的计算机、网络及软硬件知识。了解Linux、SQL者优先。会使用AutoCAD者优先。
- 综合素质： 执行力强，具备良好的抗压能力与耐心。拥有出色的沟通技巧和以客户为中心的服务意识。
