Senior Product Designer

We are seeking an AI-native Senior Product Designer with an exceptionally high bar for visual craft and UI aesthetics to own the end-to-end consumer experience for an innovative, AI-powered digital platform.

In this 100% remote, 6-month contract role (with potential for extension or full-time conversion), you will leverage advanced AI workflows to rapidly translate concepts into functional, code-backed prototypes—allowing you to dedicate primary focus to visual polish, interaction design, and product personality.

Key Responsibilities

- Consumer Journey Ownership: Drive end-to-end B2C user experiences from initial requirement framing through to final deployment, optimizing multi-step onboarding, discovery, and conversion paths.
- AI-Native Prototyping: Integrate cutting-edge tools (Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, and Figma MCP) into your daily workflow to move rapidly from concept to working, code-backed prototypes.
- UI Excellence & Polish: Elevate utilitarian functional flows into intentional, premium digital experiences, applying high-end visual design standards and micro-interactions.
- Design System Stewardship: Maintain and extend established design systems utilizing strict token discipline, Figma variables, and scalable component architectures.




- Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data leadership to identify high-impact opportunities autonomously and advocate for design-led solutions.

Candidate Profile

- 4+ Years of B2C Experience: A proven track record of designing consumer web and mobile digital products, with a portfolio demonstrating complete ownership of end-to-end user journeys.
- Hands-on AI Integration: Demonstrated daily experience shipping with AI coding and prototyping tools, paired with the ability to critically evaluate and refine AI outputs.
- Exceptional UI & Figma Craft: Advanced technical proficiency in Figma (components, variables, tokens) combined with an exacting visual aesthetic bar.
- Fluent English Communication: High-level verbal and written communication skills strictly required for cross-functional alignment and presenting design decisions to leadership.
