About the Position:

We are looking for a

Production Supervisor to join the Productionteam, reporting directly to the Shop Manager.

This position is based at our office in Juarez, Chihuahua.

Your Responsibilities will be:

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions to address efficiency, quality, or delivery issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and environmental requirements.
- Maintain adherence to quality standards and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including productivity, efficiency, scrap,



downtime, attendance, and overtime.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Human Resources to support operational objectives.
- Conduct daily production meetings and communicate goals, priorities, and performance results.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Investigate and resolve production-related issues to minimize disruptions and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper staffing levels and effective workforce utilization.
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with applicable management systems and customer requirements.
- Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and employee engagement.

What Qualifications you will bring:

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience

- Minimum of 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a production environment.
- Experience in automotive, electronics, or high-volume manufacturing environments preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Lean Manufacturing Certification.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Experience with IATF 16949 requirements.
- Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.
- Experience managing multiple production lines or departments.

Work Schedule: Full-time, on-site, shift-based as required by business needs.
Travel Requirements: Minimal, as needed.
