KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our Shopify brands, including site, landing pages, funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells. You set the strategy and you do the work – building the backlog, briefing and QA-ing tests, launching them and shipping the winners.

The mission is rapid, data-driven growth with a lean, remote team and a strong emphasis on measurable lifts in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.
