Fulfillment IQ is seeking an Application Support Engineer to own advanced troubleshooting for Manhattan Active WM/OM in a 24x7 general support model. You will escalate to Manhattan Associates as needed and contribute to proactive problem management.

Required: 3+ years in Level 3 support, English proficiency, Spanish or Portuguese for Brazil/Mexico. Remote work with US time-zone coverage is available.
