Carrier is seeking an NPI Manufacturing Leader at our Santa Catarina plant to drive new product introductions, transfers and manufacturing launches from quotation to production ramp. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Planning and Operations to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, 5+ years leading manufacturing projects, strong Lean/APQP/PFMEA
