We are seeking a strategic, proactive professional who can turn complex challenges into impactful communication solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the development and execution of PR strategies aligned with client objectives

- Ensure operational excellence and quality standards across accounts

- Strengthen relationships with journalists, media outlets, and strategic stakeholders

- Coordinate team activities, priorities, and deliverables

- Contribute to agency growth through service expansion opportunities and client retention

- Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies within the PR team





- Support leadership in developing team performance and professional growth

- Monitor market trends and communication opportunities relevant to clients

- Represent the agency and clients in meetings, networking opportunities, and industry events

- Contribute to maintaining and strengthening the agency’s reputation and positioning in the market

Requirements:

- Based in Mexico City, Mexico

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

- Fluent English is essential to manage calls with our clients

- Media outreach and press office methodologies

- Crisis communication management

- Knowledge of communication and media monitoring tools

- Presentation and communication skills for internal and external stakeholders

- Advanced writing and editing skills
