We are seeking a Lead of AI Transformation to drive the identification, design, and implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions that create measurable business value. This role will partner with U.S.-based stakeholders and cross-functional teams to transform business processes through AI, automation, and modern digital technologies.

About the Role

We are seeking a Lead of AI Transformation to drive the identification, design, and implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions that create measurable business value. This role will partner with U.S.-based stakeholders and cross-functional teams to transform business processes through AI, automation, and modern digital technologies.

Required Qualifications

- Advanced English (C1/C2) with the ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.
- Must be currently based in Mexico City (CDMX).
- Proven experience leading AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- TypeScript
- React.js / Next.js
- Node.js
- Modern web application architectures
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, identity management, and enterprise security practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Ability to translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions.





Preferred Qualifications

- Experience implementing Generative AI solutions.
- Knowledge of AI frameworks, cloud-based AI services, and automation platforms.
- Experience working with enterprise environments and cross-functional teams.
- Background in digital transformation, innovation, or consulting organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and prioritize AI opportunities aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered solutions and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solution roadmaps.
- Develop and oversee implementation plans that drive adoption and measurable results.
- Ensure successful integration of AI capabilities across existing platforms and systems.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure business impact and value realization.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the transformation lifecycle.
