The position monitors carrier service-level agreements (SLAs), drives freight cost-saving initiatives (consolidation, backhauls), and collaborates cross-functionally with Warehousing, Customer Service, and Planning to resolve in-transit disruptions and elevate end-to-end supply chain visibility.

Disruption Management & Dynamic Re-Planning: Detect and resolve transit exceptions, transit delays, and carrier capacity bottlenecks in real time, executing dynamic re-routing and re-planning to protect on-shelf availability and customer delivery windows.

Cross-Functional Synergy & TMS Master Data: Partner daily with Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, and Demand Planning to align shipping schedules, maintaining transportation master data integrity within SAP TM to ensure reliable analytics and automated reporting.
