Hire Overseas is seeking a Clinician Onboarding Specialist to own the onboarding experience for new clinicians joining our remote platform. You will lead three-hour live onboarding sessions, walk through the EHR and payroll workflows via screen share, and prepare materials ahead of each session for large cohorts.
In this LATAM-friendly, fully remote role, you will engage clinicians on live calls, respond to post-session questions, and collaborate to improve onboarding materials and scripts.
