- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via email and phone.
- Resolve issues related to treasury, payments, cash management, cards, and banking products.
- Review, track, and document client requests accurately in internal systems.
- Coordinate with Operations, Product, Technology, and other teams to resolve cases.
- Escalate complex issues and provide timely updates to clients.
- Deliver a high-quality client experience through clear communication and problem-solving.
- Support LATAM corporate clients.

Perfil buscado

- 1-2 years of banking, financial services, operations,



or client-service experience; strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
- Fluent English
- Experience handling operational activities in a structured business setting.
- Ability to review data carefully and identify inconsistencies.
- Ability to manage several assigned tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Confidence using internal systems to register and track information.
- Clear written communication for reports and operational updates.
