The candidate has analytical skills with the ability to interpret and optimize data quality and governance and is experienced in stakeholder management, skilled at balancing priorities and managing expectationsResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Engineering Lead and Product Manager to define feature requirements, including integrations with third-party servicesPartner with the Engineering Lead to confirm that all feature requirements can be effectively addressed by the proposed solutionMaintain consistent, timely communication with the Product Manager, stakeholders, and development teamsWork alongside engineers and product managers to produce high-quality technical project and product documentationWrite clear descriptions and acceptance criteria for user stories, securing approval from the technical product ownerDefine and manage both functional and non-functional requirements throughout the product lifecycleOwn the responsibility for maintaining a healthy, well-groomed product backlogRequirementsA minimum of 5 years of relevant experienceAt least 2 years in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-level rolesProven track record managing engagements for teams of 5 or more full-time employeesAbility to interpret business needs and translate them into clear business and technical requirementsStrong sense of proactiveness, partnership, and ownership in driving product outcomesExperience organizing, planning, and controlling Product Design and Business Analysis processesHealthcare background, with an understanding of healthcare systems and the challenges specific to the domainAwareness of HIPAA, GDPR,
