Your RoleAs a Power BI Lead at Capgemini , you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-scale Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and technology partners to transform complex business requirements into scalable analytics platforms, actionable insights, and modern reporting solutions.
You will drive architecture decisions, reporting strategy, data modeling standards, governance frameworks, and modernization initiatives, helping organizations migrate legacy reporting and analytics processes into modern, scalable, and automated Power BI environments.
This role requires strong technical expertise in Power BI, data modeling, Power Query, DAX optimization, reporting architecture, and team leadership.
Responsibilities & ScopePower BI Architecture & StrategyDefine and lead the overall Power BI architecture, reporting strategy, and data visualization standards.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performing analytics solutions aligned with business objectives.
Establish best practices for report development, semantic modeling, governance, and performance optimization.
Drive BI modernization initiatives to improve reporting capabilities and business insights.
Data Modeling & Analytics SolutionsDesign and develop enterprise-grade data models using dimensional modeling best practices.
