We are looking for a Salesforce Architect to define the technical direction of Salesforce solutions aligned to business goals. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable Salesforce platform architectures, guide delivery, and keep quality high across releases.
ResponsibilitiesSet and steer the technical vision for Salesforce implementations, including external system integrations and data quality practicesCoach developers and technical staff to deliver scalable, high-performance solutionsAlign with client managers and development teams through regular communication to clarify requirements and connect IT strategy to business objectivesTrain technology teams on new frameworks, tools, and best practices that support business needsReview technology architecture trends and spot opportunities for innovation and improvementEvaluate and manage technology risks, partnering with stakeholders to support sound decisionsDirect ongoing technical work and turn design ideas into operational IT solutionsDeliver new features, enhancements, and optimizations continuously, including maintenance and refactoringRequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related disciplineMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technology rolesMinimum of 3 years in leadership, management, ownership, architect, or coordinator rolesAt least 2 years of experience leading teams of 20 or more peopleParticipation in at least 5 full-cycle projects or experience launching a product or major product capability to marketDeep expertise in the Salesforce platform, including a clear understanding of its strengths and constraintsExperience with Salesforce Vlocity, Salesforce DEP,
