Job Overview

A growing law firm based in Guam is undergoing an exciting transformation expanding its services and building a new client experience from the ground up. Our client is looking for a second Client Intake Coordinator to join the team and play a pivotal role in converting prospective clients into retained clients across their civil litigation, family law, bankruptcy, and estate planning practice areas.

This is a relationship-first role. You'll be the first real voice many people hear during what is often a stressful and uncertain time in their lives and how you communicate will directly shape their decision to move forward with the firm.

Schedule

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Guam Time, with a one-hour unpaid break.

Responsibilities

- Speak with and follow up on prospective clients across civil litigation, family law, bankruptcy, and estate planning enquiries
- Conduct consistent, persistent outreach by phone, text, and email until each prospect either retains the firm or clearly declines
- Build genuine rapport with prospective clients, approaching each conversation with warmth, professionalism, and empathy
- Track all lead activity, follow-up history, and conversion status accurately in the firm's cloud-based legal practice management system




- Meet agreed conversion targets and contribute to the firm's client growth goals
- Collaborate with the broader team to ensure a seamless handoff when a prospect is ready to retain

Requirements

- A genuinely friendly and compassionate disposition many prospective clients are navigating difficult personal or financial situations
- Comfortable with persistent, structured follow-up you don't give up easily, but you know how to be professional about it
- Motivated by conversion goals and comfortable working toward performance targets
- Experience in a legal, client intake, or high-touch customer service environment is preferred
- Familiarity with PracticePanther preferred experience with other cloud-based legal practice management or CRM platforms will also be considered
