- Develop, implement, and maintain and improve a Patrimonial Security System.
- Perform and guide Patrimonial Security site projects and programs including training.
- Manage and supervise contract-supported security guard service.
- Supervise the safe work of contractors and suppliers.
- Interact with management and employees to research and answer Security related questions or concerns.
- Support other Masimo locations with their Patrimonial Security requirements.
- Interact with internal/external auditors and regulatory agencies.
- Complete and submit applicable reports, analyze data, present results and recommend plans for correction of gaps.
- Lead incident investigation and/or response teams for Patrimonial Security incidents.
- Maintain the implementation of CTPAT requirements in plant.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Direct experience implementing a Patrimonial Security System.
- Minimum three years of experience coordinating a team of security guards.
- Experience developing and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience in CTPAT requirements and audits.
- Experience with CCTV systems.
- Experience with Access Control systems.
- Effective written and oral communicate skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
