Key Responsibilities

- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.




- Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates across various professional levels and industries.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit aligned with client requirements.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring journey.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment goals.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows.
- Provide insights and recommendations on market trends and recruitment best practices to clients.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages of the selection process.

Requirements

- Demonstrable experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within a Consultoría de selección de personal firm.
- Proven ability to source and engage candidates effectively using digital tools and networking.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment software.
