Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows to maximize space utilization and productivity.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of work.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Operate and manage warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely dispatch of outgoing shipments and receipt of inbound goods.
- Implement and oversee quality control measures throughout the warehousing and distribution process.
- Analyze warehouse performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management.
- Proven experience with inventory management systems (WMS) and order fulfillment processes.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety protocols, and best practices in distribution.
