Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stock control, to minimize shrinkage and maximize sales.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service,



resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to improve results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Manage store budget and control expenses effectively.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop store staff.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar leadership role in a retail setting.
- Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, merchandising, and customer service principles.
- Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems.
