key responsibilities

- design, develop, implement, and maintain test hardware, software, and procedures for electronic circuit board manufacturing.
- lead and support test engineering activities across ict, functional test (fvt), ess, and system-level test environments.
- provide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to test engineers and technicians.
- drive test process improvements, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to enhance product quality, reliability, and efficiency.
- support new product introduction (npi) activities and ensure successful product launches.
- act as the primary technical interface with customers, providing clear communication and timely resolution of technical issues.
- coordinate equipment maintenance activities and ensure optimal tester performance and uptime.
- analyze test data, identify trends, and implement improvement initiatives.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational and business objectives.

required qualifications





- bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- mandatory experience with keysight ict platforms, specifically i3070.
- experience with ict, functional test, ess, and system-level test methodologies.
- proven experience in customer-facing technical communication.
- experience leading technical teams and personnel management.
- knowledge of test equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
- intermediate to advanced english proficiency (required).

preferred skills

- experience supporting high-volume electronic manufacturing operations.
- knowledge of automated test solutions and test software development.
- strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
