key responsibilities

- partner with finance, supply chain, and it stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into functional requirements.
- analyze business processes, identify transformation and optimization opportunities, and document requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- support solution design and collaborate with development, testing, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- drive uat activities, defect triage, business sign-off, data validation, and deployment and post-production support.

required skills & qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst supporting finance and/or supply chain functions.
- strong knowledge of finance business processes.
- experience gathering, analyzing,



and documenting business requirements.
- strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- experience working in cross-functional transformation programs.
- ability to bridge discussions between business users and technical teams.
- knowledge of business analysis, requirements management, process mapping, and gap analysis.
- experience with functional design and user acceptance testing (uat).

preferred skills:

- strong experience with oracle e-business suite (oracle ebs).
- experience with procure-to-pay (p2p), record-to-report (r2r), or order-to-cash (o2c) processes.
- knowledge of supply chain operations, financial planning, and reporting.
- experience with finance transformation initiatives.
- background in large high-tech enterprise environments.
- exposure to testing, data migration, and erp transformation programs.
