Amazon PPC Assistant (Latin America, Remote, Full-Time)
Location: Remote, Mexico, Central America, or South America Type: Full-time, independent contractor Pay: $1,200–$1,600 USD/month (based on experience), paid bi-weekly Benefits: Fully remote, semi-adaptable working hours (except Tuesdays)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Pixie is a faith-driven organic period care brand, and we're looking for a data-driven Amazon PPC Assistant in a time zone close to US Central to support our advertising across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, and other platforms. You'll analyze ad performance, optimize campaigns, and help drive profitable growth while protecting our margins.

Schedule

- Tuesdays: 9:00 AM US Central start; follow-up work often runs until 6:00–8:00 PM Central.
- Other days: Semi-flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, build, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Do keyword research, analyze search term reports, and adjust bids, budgets, and placements.
- Optimize key PPC metrics, including ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, conversion rate, CPC, and CTR.




- Find wasted ad spend and move budget toward high-performing strategies.
- Help develop launch and organic ranking strategies for new products.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide regular performance reporting.
- Weekly Strategy Alignment: Attend a full-day strategy and planning meeting every Tuesday starting at 9:00 AM US Central Time. Tasks from this meeting often run until 6:00–8:00 PM Central, so Tuesday is a heavy day.

Requirements

- Available for the full Tuesday strategy day on US Central Time
- Professional English, written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers and data
- Reliable internet and computer

Ideal Candidate

- 1–2 years of Amazon PPC experience (preferred, not required)
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and the Advertising Console
- Highly analytical and comfortable with Google Sheets
- Organized and detail-oriented, and follows directions well
- Takes ownership of results and is proactive about finding ways to improve
