Therefore, our Billing Experience Partner is primarily responsible for validating patient and service information, processing and following up on medical claims with insurance companies, identifying and correcting discrepancies, ensuring compliance with applicable procedures and regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date billing records, and collaborating with different departments to optimize the revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

- Review and validate demographic information, insurance coverage, and details of services provided.
- Prepare and process medical claims for submission to insurance companies.
- Identify and correct errors or discrepancies that may affect claim payments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Document and update information in the corresponding billing systems.
- Follow up on pending, rejected, or denied claims when necessary.
- Collaborate with clinical, scheduling, insurance,



and billing departments to resolve issues and optimize the revenue cycle.

We offer

- Weekly net base salary of $2,205 MXN
- Weekly performance bonus $1,900 MXN
- Retention bonus of $345 MXN after 6 months in production.
- New Hire Bonus: $2,000 MXN, payable after completing the first month in Operations (Training and Nesting periods do not count). Not applicable to rehires.
