General Customer Service

- Addressing customer complaints and/or requests to discontinue service(s).
- Appeasing customer dissatisfaction and delivers resolution.
- Ensures customer complaints/dissatisfactions are handled in an effective manner to retain customers.
- Tracking and maintaining records/feedback of complaints/dissatisfactions and resolution information.
- Escalating issues or redirect complaints/dissatisfactions to appropriate functions or personnel.




- Providing superior customer service and maintains high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Dealing with questions on account mangement, invoices, delivery, follow up of contract elements etc
- Providing customer service and support via phone, online chat, or text
- Customer issues analysis and resolution.

A Specialist applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education. May require the following proficiency:

- Work is closely supervised.
- Problems faced are not typically difficult or complex.
- Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area.
