Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and enhancing overall store profitability.
- Supervise and guide retail staff,



ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stocktakes, and ensure accurate merchandising.
- Implement and maintain store visual merchandising standards to attract customers and drive sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Contribute to the development and execution of local marketing initiatives.
- Analyze sales reports and provide insights to the Store Manager.
- Support the training and development of new and existing staff members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.

Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience in retail supervision or assistant management.
- Demonstrated ability to influence sales and motivate a team.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
