- Pay: approx. $1,300 USD/month ($7.00 USD/hour)
- Commissions: US$250.00 per closed client - Most make around US$3000.00 a month
- Job type: Full-time, permanent
- Location: 100% Remote, only open to candidates living in Latin America

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, day shift, weekends off

About the Job As an Account Executive, you will pitch recruiting services to leads we provide and close new clients for a staffing and recruiting company. This is a long-term, permanent position and we are hiring now. Every applicant hears back within 24–48 hours.

Responsibilities

- Follow up on hot leads and reach out to new prospects
- Conduct discovery calls to understand clients' hiring needs




- Prepare and deliver proposals and pricing for recruiting services
- Negotiate terms and close new client agreements

Required
- Live in Latin America
- Excellent spoken English
- 2+ years of recent sales or business development experience
- Strong professional communication skills
- Negotiation and closing skills
- Driven and success-minded
- Lead generation is not part of the role; leads are provided

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $130.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
