Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specialized in online media, consumer web platforms, and software services, is looking for a detail-oriented AP Clerk to join their finance and billing team in Hermosillo, Sonora.

Main Responsibilities Invoice Processing & Matching: Ensure the timely and accurate processing, sorting, coding, matching, and approval of vendor invoices in the accounting system.

Account Reconciliations: Research and reconcile client and vendor accounts for adjustments, payment variances, and credit discrepancies.

Expense Report Review: Review and approve employee expense reports through expense management software.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication regarding accounting inquiries with Account Executives, Account Managers, agencies, and vendors.

Accounting & Administrative Support: Provide general clerical financial support and assist the team with resolving accounting discrepancies.

Qualifications Experience:



2 or more years of accounting support experience or previous experience performing similar accounts payable tasks.

Language Proficiency: Business-level English skills (fluent written and spoken communication for daily interaction with US-based clients).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with accounting systems or expense management tools.

Key Competencies: High attention to detail, strong self-motivation, solid analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent organization in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits Base Gross Monthly Salary: $18,500 MXN Work Modality & Location: On-site in Hermosillo, Sonora.
