About Our Client

International Company

- Lead Annex 24 and Annex 30 compliance activities within a manufacturing environment.

- Drive Annex 24 reconstruction projects, ensuring inventory accuracy, traceability, and regulatory compliance.

- Rebuild historical export balance records and support inventory reconciliation initiatives.

- Manage a team of 1 Coordinator and 4 Analysts, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management.

- Oversee multiple inventory compliance databases and ensure data integrity across systems.

- Partner with Customs, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and IT teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve processes.

- Develop and implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting solutions.

- Support internal and external audits related to IMMEX inventory control and trade compliance requirements.

- Create dashboards and analytical tools to improve visibility, control, and operational efficiency.

- Act as the subject matter expert for Annex 24 inventory management systems and compliance processes.

The Successful Applicant

- Advanced English language skills.





- Proven experience managing Annex 24 and Annex 30 compliance processes within an IMMEX manufacturing environment.

- Demonstrated success leading Annex 24 reconstruction and inventory recovery projects.

- Strong people management experience, including leading coordinators and analyst teams.

- Hands-on experience with Annex 24 software and inventory control systems.

- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, reconciliation, and analysis.

- Experience using Power BI for reporting and dashboard development.

- Knowledge of Python or similar programming tools for process automation and large-scale data analysis.

- Experience working with large databases and complex inventory records.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

- Results-oriented professional with the ability to work independently and deliver critical projects under tight timelines.

- Experience driving process automation and continuous improvement initiatives preferred.
