Mission of the Role : Communication point for functional teams, project leadership and execution of technical and business projects, coordination and delivery of system and application support.

Key Objectives of this Role :

- Plan, lead, and coordinate MP&L; projects.
- Manage NEW Model & ECN Change Management.
- Facilitate communication with other NVO departments and Visteon corporate entity.
- Analyze and address potential issues with new parts, materials, procedures, and systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation.
- Manage NEW MODEL and DATA SYSTEM INTEGRITY departments.
- Perform other tasks as directed by Sr. MP&L; Manager.




- Implement VBOS procedures related to MP&L; department in the plant and meet required indicators.

Key Year One Deliverables: Metrics and outcomes that the individual will be expected to deliver in their first year. Provide specific and measurable deliverables that outline exactly what they will accomplish within the first year, with a clear roadmap for progress. The below is just a suggestion, so please evaluate it with the HM and adjust as needed:

- Improved Project Management: Successfully plan, lead, and coordinate MP&L; projects, including NEW Model & ECN Change Management, resulting in at least a 20% reduction in project completion time compared to the previous year.
- Enhanced Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes and systems within the department, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately documented and easily accessible to the team.
