100% REMOTE OPPORTUNITY IN MEXICO

SCHEME: CONTRACTOR (SOLO SE OFRECE EL SUELDO NETO MENSUAL SIN PRESTACIONES)

JD:

Generate qualified buyer leads, sales meetings, and pipeline for Gracemark’s staffing and integral workforce businesses. We need a hands-on operator who has already delivered measurable B2B lead generation results.

What you will do

- Generate leads through mass email, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, outbound prospecting, SEO, AEO, and content.
- Build complete funnels: offer, copy, Lovable landing page, lead capture, nurturing, appointment booking, and sales handoff.
- Administer the CRM, including pipelines, lead routing, automations, integrations, data quality, and reporting.
- Use AI to improve BDR and marketing execution. Track qualified leads, meetings, opportunities, pipeline, and acquisition cost.

Must-have experience

- Proven B2B lead generation results, plus hands-on BDR and staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions experience.
- Personally managed mass email and paid LinkedIn Ads campaigns that generated qualified leads .
- Funnel architecture, funnel hacking, and expert conversion copywriting, including adapting proven templates and campaign patterns.
- Strong Lovable proficiency, website development, A/B testing, and basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- CRM administration , including configuration, workflows, integrations, attribution, and dashboards.
- AI experience in BDR and marketing, with at least one completed project showing measurable positive results.
- Google Ads, social advertising, SEO, AEO, blog management, and LinkedIn/social page management.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish, including persuasive business writing.

Apply with evidence Submit two brief case studies showing what you personally executed, the channels, budget, timeframe, qualified leads, meetings, and pipeline where available. Include mass email, LinkedIn Ads, Lovable, CRM, and at least one successful AI project. Examples may overlap; redacted evidence is welcome.

Disqualifying questions

Require Yes/No plus one sentence of evidence . A “No” fails a must-have. A “Yes” must be verified.

1. Have you personally generated qualified B2B buyer leads and sales meetings, with results you can substantiate?
2. Have you run mass email campaigns that generated qualified leads and personally managed deliverability and follow-up?
3. Have you personally managed paid LinkedIn Ads campaigns that produced qualified leads?
4. Have you built complete funnels, used funnel hacking, and written or adapted conversion copy?
5. Have you built or improved live Lovable websites, run A/B tests, and used basic web programming?
6. Have you administered CRM workflows, lead routing, integrations, attribution, and reporting?
7. Have you used AI in BDR and marketing, with at least one completed project showing measurable positive results?
8. Do you have both hands-on BDR experience and staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions experience?
9. Have you executed Google Ads, SEO/AEO, and blog or social content management?
10. Can you write persuasive copy and conduct business conversations in both English and Spanish?

Qualifying questions

1. Prove your results. Walk us through your strongest campaign: buyer, offer, channels, budget, timeframe, qualified leads, meetings held, and opportunities. What did you personally execute? Show evidence and explain how leads were qualified.
2. Show your channel experience. Show one mass email campaign and one LinkedIn Ads campaign. Explain targeting, deliverability, spending, qualified lead costs, follow-up, and what you changed when performance was weak.
3. Demonstrate your funnel and CRM. Walk through a Lovable funnel you built, from landing page and form to CRM creation, attribution, routing, nurturing, and booking.

Show workflows you configured and a technical issue you fixed.
4. Verify your AI project. Show the tools, workflow, baseline, timeframe, and positive result from one completed project. What did AI change, what did you personally build, and how did you verify the improvement?
5. Show how you adapt and test. Show a funnel or campaign you studied, the offer and copy you adapted, and an A/B test with its result and limitations. Write a short buyer outreach message in English and Spanish.

Decision rule: Advance candidates who meet the must-haves and demonstrate personal execution and credible results. Accept redacted reports, permitted walkthroughs, or references as verification. Use the same questions and evidence standard for every candidate.

What you will own

Lovable website development and optimization

- Continuously improve the group’s existing websites, landing pages, forms, calculators (e.g. cost-of-employment calculator) and lead magnets

Conversion rate optimization and A/B testing
- Identify friction using funnel data, buyer interviews, session recordings and sales feedback

- Track qualified enquiries from organic and AI channels

AI-powered growth workflows

- Run LinkedIn company pages and relevant social profiles on a consistent publishing calendar
- Use AI to accelerate production while checking accuracy, originality and brand voice

BDR and sales collaboration
- Turn prospecting and qualification insight into sharper offers, buyer journeys and CTAs
- Understand customer profiles and objections, and support outbound messaging

- Review leads with sales and improve qualification and follow-up handoffs

How you will work
- Make surgical, evidence-based improvements that protect what already works
- Use previews, version control, documented changes and rollback plans
- Check mobile and desktop journeys, forms, lead delivery, tracking, redirects and search visibility before and after releases
- Follow agreed approvals for publishing, material brand changes and spend
- Maintain one prioritized backlog across brands and explain what changed, why, and what the results show

Required experience and capabilities Must-haves

- Practical capability across digital marketing, SEO, AEO, Google Ads, social advertising, blog management, LinkedIn page management, and conversion copywriting.
- Basic programming skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; working familiarity with React/TypeScript, Git, APIs, and webhooks sufficient to inspect and safely improve AI-generated websites.
- Practical AI literacy: effective prompting, AI-assisted development and content workflows, output verification, and responsible handling of business and customer data.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish, including strong business writing and the ability to discuss results with marketing, sales, and leadership.

Strong pluses

- Staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions industry experience, with an understanding of employer and partner buying decisions.
- Previous hands-on BDR, SDR, or comparable outbound sales experience, including prospecting, qualification, objection handling, and CRM use.
- Experience with growth automation and enrichment tools (Clay, n8n, Zapier, Apollo or similar).

How success will be measured Primary measures are qualified buyer leads, visitor-to-qualified-lead conversion, sales acceptance, sales opportunities, and cost per qualified lead and opportunity. Track attributable pipeline and revenue with sales.
