What you’ll do

- Connect with potential customers and respond to auto loan inquiries.
- Ask questions to understand their needs and provide clear information about next steps.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain an engaging, professional customer experience.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Work toward service, quality, and follow-up goals.

What we’re looking for:
- Advanced English with strong listening and conversation skills.
- Previous customer service experience.
- A friendly, engaging communication style and the ability to build rapport.
- Patience, empathy, and a strong customer service mindset.




- Comfort working toward goals and following up consistently.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- A reliable record of attendance and punctuality.
- A stable employment history that demonstrates commitment and reliability.

Pay and benefits:
- Training: $3,000 MXN gross per week.
- Operations: $4,000 MXN gross per week.
- Paid training from day one.
- Statutory benefits, including IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT.

Schedule and location:
- Start date: November 9, 2026.
- Available shifts starting at 6:00 AM or 9:00 AM.
- Two days off per week, including a fixed Sunday off.
- Full-time, fully on-site contact center position in Hermosillo, Sonora.
