Bilingual Merchant Services Appointment Setter (Spanish-English)

Go Hire Virtual is seeking a confident, persuasive, and results-driven Bilingual Merchant Services Appointment Setter to support a growing payments and merchant services business.

We are looking for a fluent Spanish-English professional with proven experience in outbound cold calling, B2B sales, and appointment setting. The idóneo candidate can confidently engage business owners, introduce payment processing solutions, handle objections, and turn cold prospects into qualified sales appointments.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound cold calls to Latino-owned restaurants, retail stores, and auto shops within assigned Bay Area locations.
- Introduce and promote merchant services solutions, particularly cash discount and dual pricing programs.
- Communicate fluently and professionally with prospective business owners in both Spanish and English.
- Identify potential customers, assess their business needs, and qualify prospects.
- Secure qualified appointments directly with business owners and decision-makers through Zoom or in-person meetings.
- Handle inbound calls and website inquiries, ensuring all new leads receive a same-day response.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments in the CRM.
- Consistently meet daily call quotas and weekly appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Proven outbound cold-calling experience, preferably in B2B sales or business development.
- Previous appointment-setting experience,



particularly scheduling meetings with business owners or decision-makers.
- Strong sales, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable initiating conversations with new prospects and handling rejection.
- Able to explain products or services clearly and build trust with potential customers.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable and interested in a long-term, full-time working relationship.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in merchant services, payment processing, or POS solutions.
- Familiarity with cash discount and dual pricing programs.
- Experience selling services to restaurants, retail businesses, or other small-business owners.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and cloud-based phone systems.

Important Role Expectations
- Approximately 80% of the role involves outbound cold calling and appointment setting.
- Approximately 20% involves handling inbound leads and inquiries.
- This is a sales-focused position, not a general customer service or administrative role.
- Candidates must be comfortable making frequent outbound calls and working toward measurable performance targets.
