BPO Agent JR

Responsibilities:

- Review, interpret, and extract information from PDF documents, Excel spreadsheets, and other business-related materials in English.
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data within customer systems and databases.
- Perform basic data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information and take appropriate action according to established procedures.
- Verify data against business rules, requirements, and operational guidelines.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, productivity, and quality while meeting established deadlines.
- Follow documented procedures, work instructions, and standard operating processes.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate data discrepancies, issues, and exceptions to the appropriate stakeholders when necessary.

Requirements:

- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in data entry, data processing, back-office operations, administrative support, or a related role.




- Experience reviewing and interpreting information from PDF and Excel files.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard business applications.
- Experience working with customer systems, databases, or data management platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to identify inconsistencies and missing information.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working with systems, applications, and documentation in English.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in shared services, BPO, or back-office operations environments.
- Familiarity with data quality processes and controls.
- Experience using CRM, ERP, or workflow management systems.
- Knowledge of document management and record-keeping practices.

Languages:

- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency with strong reading comprehension skills.
