? We're hiring: Operations Lead / Integrator (Chief of Staff track)

100% remote from Latin America · US$1,800–2,000/month · Full-time

MatchPoint is hiring for a growing US real estate company (home buying and renovation). You'll report directly to the founder and be the person who makes sure the team hits its numbers.

This is not a traditional assistant role. We're looking for someone who has already run a team's rhythm, built accountability systems and coached people to perform, and who is comfortable telling a teammate when something isn't good enough.

What you'll do

- Run the team's daily and weekly rhythm: meetings, scorecards, follow-ups
- Build and run accountability systems so every person owns clear KPIs
- QA sales calls and give direct, specific coaching to reps and cold callers
- When a number falls short, find the cause (people, data or marketing) and fix it
- Write real SOPs and processes (not just checklists) and make sure the team follows them
- Oversee marketing (direct mail, PPC, SEO, outbound calling) so the sales team always has appointments
- Use AI tools to automate routine work

You're a fit if you have

- Experience as a chief of staff, operations lead, team lead or integrator, reporting directly to a CEO or founder
- Built accountability systems (scorecards, KPI tracking, weekly meetings)



that a team actually used
- Coached, managed or QA'd a team, and you're comfortable calling out mistakes and holding people to a standard
- Written SOPs and process documentation that others followed
- C2 / fluent English, spoken and written
- Experience with a CRM (Salesforce preferred) plus ClickUp, Slack and Google Workspace
- Reliable computer, two screens, stable internet and a backup connection

Nice-to-haves

- Real estate, sales or call-center background
- Digital marketing, lead generation or SEO experience
- AI tools and simple automations
- Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills

Schedule, pay and benefits

? Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6:30pm US Eastern (1-hour break)

? Remote from Latin America

? US$1,800–2,000/month

? US holidays off, paid

? 1 week PTO after 90 days

? Possible quarterly or annual performance bonuses
