Continuous Improvement & Industrial Engineering Specialist

YOUR TASKS

- Perform assigned responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational goals and deliver assigned projects on time.
- Analyze relevant information, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend practical solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, reports, and other required materials.
- Communicate progress, priorities, risks, and results clearly to team members and management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, safety, and data protection requirements.
- Contribute to process optimization, continuous improvement initiatives, and knowledge sharing.
- Manage workload effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet agreed deadlines.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.
- Proven experience in a related role,



with a demonstrated ability to manage responsibilities independently and deliver high-quality results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with standard business software and willingness to learn role-specific tools and systems.
- Professional, reliable, and proactive approach with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
- Fluent English communication skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
